Last night we won our 40th consecutive game. To God be the glory 🙏 We have overcome so much adversity which only continues to make us stronger.
It shows the hardwork, sacrifice, dedication and commitment to team to be able to accomplish something like this. A lot of people do not see all the hard work we put in from top to bottom each and everyday. In the weight room, film room, on the court and most importantly in prayer 🙏 They just see the game day results but those results are from constant repetition of doing the small things right everyday until it becomes habit. I am so proud of our boys and how hard they continue to work both on and off the court.
It is truly a blessing to be able to teach life lesson through the game of basketball 🏀 The constant instilling of love, selflessness and development of great character.
With great success comes negativity, hate, jealousy, envy, slander to take away from what you are doing. It’s not my work it’s God’s work! He continues to be my shield, my rock, my fortress, my horn of salvation and my strong hold.
Let me not take offense at others, let me not be thin-skinned; but shielded by the power of your spirit, let me not hear insult where none is intended, and shrug off even the most intentional. In Christ name I pray Amen 🙏
