Romeo Weems (2019, The Family): The Depaul commit was an offensive force last night for The Family 17U EYBL team. The 6'7 guard showed off his athleticism and skill set by hitting outside shots while also getting to the rim when needed. Weems led a strong second half to secure the victory for his team.

Jahmal Banks (2020, 6th Man 16U): In his first game set today against the Shoreshots Jahmal Banks shined. Standing at 6-4, a man of his size is rare to play the 1. He would use that physicality and athleticism to get to the basket at will.. Banks not only displayed that he could get to the basket but that he could shoot the ball efficiently too. Once this guy got going offensively you couldn’t stop him.

Eddie Davis (2019, Shoreshots 17U Kessler): In his first game set the 2019 guard would put on a show scoring the ball. Finished with 25 points and win for his team, Davis was getting the basket with ease and drawing fouls. His lighting quick pace made him impossible to guard driving in the lane. Davis does well to space the floor as a point guard, get his teammates good looks, and carries with him a tremendous IQ for the game. Look out for this kid to have a repeat performance this weekend.

Scooby Johnson (2020, The Family 16U): Finishing with 23 points in his first set, the wing player tried to do it all for his team. Unfortunately they would come up short losing the game. The wing player was crafty to get to the rim and displayed a great amount of athleticism to get his 21 points. He moves off the ball well and can make something out of even the smallest opportunities in the lane. Young and full of potential, watch for him to continue to perform this weekend.

Tommy O’Neil (2019, Middlesex Magic): The big man would have himself a day in his first game at Spooky Nook. Recording a double double with 19 points and 12 rebounds, he played a huge part in Middlesex Magic win over 6th Man Warriors. The 2019 forward was a workhorse on the glass and continued to be tough and gritty in the paint to get it done. He turned a lot of heads on Day 1.

Jason Lewis (2019, Mid-Atlantic Select): A strong performance form the guard, he led his team in scoring and to win behind a 18 point performance. He shot lights out and finished at the rim well on Day 1. He worked hard and has tremendous hustle. This kid is something special to watch.

Quentin Metcalf (2019, Global Squad): In his game set today he hit 5 threes and showed his versatility being able to score the basketball on the perimeter as well as the paint. This player has tremendous upside and you can see a lot of potential. It is exciting to see what will become of this player.

Tyler Kolek (2020, Middlesex Magic): Shot the ball extremely efficiently in his game set versus the 6th Man Warriors. Middlesex rallied behind a 17 point effort from him to mount a comeback and ultimately win the game for his team. Worked hard and continued to fight for his team. This kid has a lot of promise.

Tre Mitchell (2019, Expressions Elite): Notre Dame head coach Mike Brey sat courtside to watch the 6'9 forward go to work last night. Mitchell's skillset in the post was on full display as he was making contested shots with both hands and fighting off double teams. Mitchell will be tracked by numerous high major schools throughout the weekend.

Keshaun Hammonds (2020,K-Low Elite): The rising junior from Philly showed off his high level shooting ability in K-Low Elite's showcase game last night. Hammond's playmaking ability was key in his team's win, creating shots for himself and his teammates.
