Here are the top high school basketball performers from Monday and Tuesday around the state of Michigan: 
Boys

  • Ronald Jeffrey III, New Haven: Peppered the stat sheet with 20 points, seven steals and six rebounds in New Haven’s 77-46 victory over Romeo.
  • Trenell Payne, New Haven: Finished with 18 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists in New Haven’s win vs. Romeo.
  • Jalal Baydoun, Dearborn Edsel Ford: Pumped in a game-high 27 points for the Thunderbirds in their 70-64 loss vs. Gibraltar Carlson Monday. Additionally, scored 21 points, including the two game-winning free throws, and collected nine rebounds in Edsel Ford’s 56-55 win vs. Wyandotte Tuesday.
  • Bryce Blaesing, Marine City: Topped all scorers with 18 points in Marine City’s 61-51 victory over Clawson.
  • Connor Bush, Belleville: Recorded a double-double -- 18 points and 12 rebounds -- in Belleville’s 89-86 victory over Westland John Glenn in triple overtime.  
  • Jimeire Cannon, Warren Michigan Collegiate: Controlled the paint with 20 points and 17 rebounds in Michigan Collegiate’s 58-51 win vs. St. Clair Shores Lakeview.
  • William Dunn, Quincy: Recorded a double-double -- 26 points and 11 rebounds -- in Quincy’s 66-64 victory over Reading.
  • Javaughn Hannah, Mount Clemens: Scored 24 points, including the game-winner, in the Battling Bathers’ 50-48 victory over Macomb L’Anse Creuse North.
  • Avery Ismail, Dearborn Heights Annapolis: Produced a game-high 22 points in Annapolis' 81-68 loss to Romulus.
  • David Kiko, Birmingham Brother Rice: Registered 20 points in the Warriors’ 66-60 overtime win vs. Brownstown Woodhaven.
  • Keyshawn Kyle, Romulus: Finished with 19 points in Romulus' win against Dearborn Heights Annapolis.
  • Isaiah Lewis, Wayne Memorial: Scored 20 points, and dished out seven assists in Memorial’s 75-40 win vs. Dearborn Fordson. 
  • Drew Louder, Ann Arbor Pioneer: Finished with 19 points in Pioneer’s 74-36 win vs. Monroe.
  • Orlando Lovejoy, Romulus Summit: Compiled 23 points in Summit's 46-41 loss to Detroit Cornerstone Health & Technology.
  • Josh Moody, Melvindale: Finished with 24 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists in Melvindale’s 77-67 overtime loss to Gibraltar Carlson.
  • Ethan Mostyn, West Bloomfield Frankel Jewish Academy: Topped all scorers with 19 points in Frankel’s 72-40 victory over Bloomfield Christian.
  • ​Kendall Perkins, Canton: Topped all scorers with 18 points in Canton’s 70-23 victory over Hartland.
  • Noah Rheker, Southfield Christian: Finished with 18 points in Christian's 61-50 victory over Novi Christian. 
  • Tariq Shepherd, Farmington: Topped all scorers with 26 points in the Falcons’ 77-58 victory over Troy Athens.
  • Evan Thomas, Okemos: Recorded a double-double -- 22 points and 12 rebounds -- in Okemos’ 63-46 victory over Holt.
  • Joey Tocco, Macomb Dakota: Compiled 20 points, seven rebounds and two steals in Dakota's 62-51 win over Utica Eisenhower.  
  • Mark Tocco, Macomb Dakota: Had 19 points, five rebounds and five assists in Dakota's win against Utica Eisenhower.
  • Chandler Turner, Detroit Renaissance: Recorded 23 points and nine boards for the Phoenix in the school's 90-42 win vs. Detroit Central.
  • Joshua Warren, Brownstown Woodhaven: Tossed in a game-high 23 points in Woodhaven's overtime loss against Birmingham Brother Rice.
  • Lorenzo Wright, Belleville: Paced the winning side with 23 points in Belleville’s win vs. Westland John Glenn.
  • Jalen Young, Detroit Cornerstone Health & Technology: Logged a double-double -- 21 points and 10 rebounds -- in Cornerstone's victory over Romulus Summit.

  • Donovan Freeman, River Rouge: Chipped in 14 points and seven rebounds in the Panthers’ 74-42 victory over Ecorse.
  • Mason Gilbert, DeWitt: Scored 14 points in DeWitt’s 59-48 victory over Ionia.
  • Xavier Glenn, Macomb Dakota: Finished with a double-double -- 10 points and 16 rebounds -- plus three blocks in Dakota's win over Utica Eisenhower. 
  • Dylan Hemphill, Detroit Loyola: Tossed in a game-high 14 points for Loyola in the school's 49-34 victory over Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard.
  • Alex Lonze, Birmingham Seaholm: Logged 13 points in Seaholm's 46-43 triumph over Royal Oak.
  • Jakob Marsee, Allen Park: Registered 16 points and nine rebounds in Allen Park’s 54-38 victory over Taylor.
  • Matt Nicholson, Clarkston: Logged a triple-double -- 14 points, 11 rebounds and 10 blocks -- in Clarkston's 47-31 win vs. North Farmington.
  • Micah Parrish, River Rouge: Posted 16 points and eight rebounds in River Rouge’s win vs. Ecorse.
