- Romeo Weems, New Haven: Could not be contained, finishing with 36 points, 15 rebounds, five assists and two blocks in New Haven’s 92-53 blowout victory against Richmond in the District 64 championship.
- Trevor Boers, Capac: Hit the go-ahead 3-pointer with 4 seconds left in regulation to give Capac a 53-51 win over Marlette in the District 92 championship.
- Lorne Bowman, Orchard Lake St. Mary’s: Scored 30 points in Orchard Lake St. Mary’s 50-41 win over Bloomfield Hills in the District 7 championship, their 44th district championship in school history.
- Pierre Brooks II, Detroit Douglass: Recorded another double-double — 24 points and 11 rebounds — in Douglass’ 46-43 victory over Detroit Collegiate Prep in the District 58 final.
- Austin Brown, Madison Heights Madison: Dropped 31 points and grabbed seven rebounds in Madison’s 73-71 edge over Detroit Pershing in the District 90 final.
- D'Quarion Cole, Pontiac: Filled the stat sheet with 23 points, seven rebounds and six assists to help hoist Pontiac past Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood in the District 61 championship.
- DaVeaun Cole, Pontiac: Put up 27 points and came down with nine rebounds in Pontiac’s 75-59 victory over Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood in the District 61 final.
- William Dunn, Quincy: Led all scorers with 20 points for Quincy in its 77-42 loss to Hanover-Horton in the District 81 final.
- Gunnar Gustafson, Milford: Scored 19 points for Milford in its 45-43 overtime win against Walled Lake Northern in the District 8 final.
- Dylan Hemphill, Detroit Loyola: Scored 23 points for Loyola (15-8) in its 81-43 victory over Jalen Rose (9-13) in the District 88 championship game.
- Bradyn Henderson, Millington: Hit the game-winning 3-pointer as time expired, to finish with nine points and nine boards, and to hoist Millington past Reese, 52-49, and to their 14th district title in school history.
- Drew Hess, Mio: Led Mio with 25 points in their 51-49 win over Hale in the District 110 championship.
- Caleb Hunter, U-D Jesuit: Led all scorers with 17 points in U-D’s 68-28 blowout victory against Mumford in the District 25 championship.
- Joseph Kimmerer, Hale: Recorded another double-double with 29 points and 15 rebounds for Hale in its 51-49 loss to Mio in the District 110 championship.
- Troy Lattimore, Walled Lake Northern: Accounted for 19 points in Walled Lake Northern’s 45-43 overtime loss to Milford in the District 8 final.
- Landon Links, Temperance Bedford: Scored 22 points for Temperance Bedford in its 61-43 loss against Woodhaven in the District 21 championship.
- Dreyon O’Neal, Wayne Memorial: Scored 15 points for Wayne Memorial in its 55-50 victory against Canton in the District 20 championship.
- Keith Tate Jr., Detroit King: Led his team with 13 points to boost King past Western, 62-39, in the District 23 final.
- Evan Thomas, Okemos: Finished with a double-double — 20 points and 13 rebounds — and dished four assists in Okemos’ 65-53 victory over Lansing Everett in the District 16 final.
- Josh Warren, Brownstown Woodhaven: Dropped in 20 points for Woodhaven in a 61-43 victory over Temperance Bedford in the District 21 championship. This is the team’s third district championship in four years.
- Richard Washington, Clinton Township Clintondale: Dropped 28 points (10-of-14 shooting) in Clintondale’s 54-44 victory against Mt Clemens in the District 91 championship.
- Zac Yorke, Millington: Scored a game-high 17 points and pulled down 11 rebounds in Millington’s final-second, 52-49, victory over Reese in the District 95 final. The win gives Millington its fifth district crown in the last six years and their 13th in school history.
